Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Extradition
My husband was arrested while he was on probation and they decided to revoke. His probation is out of Guadalupe County and he was arrested in Midland County. I was told that they had ten days to come and pick him up, and now he has been in there for 25 days. They aren't coming to get him and his bond is set at $75,000 whichis to high for me to obtain. I'm lost and don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!?!

Re: Extradition
Hello there,
The hold is only good for ten days you are correct about that. You should contact an attorney where he is being held to contact the Sheriffs department to get him released.
But, you will still have to deal with the revocation at some date.
