Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
FAIL IDENTIFY FUGITIVE NOT CURRENT - what is the exact meaning of this charge. Is it something like False information provided to the police officer or it is related to fail to apear in the court? kindly assist

Failure to Identify fugitive is like false information but if the person is a fugitive (has a warrant out for their arrest) it bumps it up a level in severity and instead of fail to ID, it is fail to ID fugitive. 38.02 in the Texas Penal Code:

I dont know what is meant by "not current."
