Failer to report/ Motion to revoke
Hello and thanks for your time...
I just had a baby 2 1/2 months ago .I've been on probation for 2 years and have 6 months to go ...2 weeks after I had my boy my probation officer called and wanted to UA me...I was dirty and bought some stuff to clean me out ...I'm not to sure if it worked .Now 2 months later I finally go ahold of her and she wants me to go in to see her...afraid to lose my son PLEASE give my some advise ...also please tell me what she can do to me and how long ...(from her end) thanks

Since there is a possibility that she is going to revoke you, I would advise you to plan ahead. Before the meeting, make sure there is someone (baby's dad, grandma, aunt etc) reliable and dependable taking care of the bably. Also have an attorney lined up to take your case the same day in the event you are revoked. You are not likely to lose your baby, if he is in safe and capable hands at the time of the revocation. An attorney may be able to get the revocation dismissed, or at least just get your probation extended instead of revoked. You should work fast. TCL
