Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
failure to identify to officer
i was charged and convicted of misdemeanor failure to identy to officer...and i have been applyong for jobs and once they do my background check, that charge is stopping me from trying to better myself. is there anything i can do to get it off my record? or am i just going to be unemployed the rest of my life? i live in houston texas and i need some legal advice on this situation.

There are only two ways to get the charge off your record: 1) a non-disclosure if it was a deferred probation or 2) a pardon from the Governor if it was not deferred
