Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Failure to Appear
I was suppose to take defensive driving to dismiss a speeding ticket. I didn't happen or at least I can't prove I that I did. So now the city has issued a warrant for failure to appear. What are my options as far as the failure to appear charge are concerned and what class midemeanor is it? Thanks for any and all help.

Re: Failure to Appear
You need an attorney to represent you to lift your warrant.
There is a possibility that the failure to appear can be dismissed.
Please contact my office so we can discuss your options.
