Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
false accused asking for my son.
if this people accused me for a crime i didnt do and was sent to prison. can i sue them , knowingly they know and i know i didnt commit this crime. due to i have phobias of germs and scared of getting sick. he gone through alot for something he didnt do plus his mentally challanged .

If you can prove that the prosecution was 'malicious' then you have a cause of action.
