Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
false Charges
I received a check made out to me in the mail. I attempted to cash this check and found out it was a fraud check. I did not receive any money and the check was made out to me. I signed my name to the back endorsing it. I will have a warrant for my arrest out by Friday and I'm trying to avoid spending a lot of money in this and going to jail period. They are wanting to charge me with Fraud. How is this possibly fraud? I need them to drop this and I know a lawyer can do it. Please help me.

Re: false Charges
There is no guarantee that this won't cost you a lot of money, or that the charges will be dismissed. You certainly do need a lawyer, however. You can email me directly for additional information.
