false statement to obtain credit
If there was a warrant out for some one who ''commetted'' a crime such as false statement to obtain credit and the move to another state can Texas have them arrested there at any time?

Easy answer is yes. However, depends on if warrant states "All States" or "Nearby States". If not all States then only if you are nearby Texas (i.e. New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Louisiana).
