here it is about the 16th of Dec 08 we had permission to barrow a friends van to come to nebraska to find us all a house,we arrived here the 19th of Dec. on jan my son was stopped in the van nothing done on Feb law came and took the van said reported stolen. this happen the 5th talked to detective on case about aweek later he said case was closed. now on May 1st they have issued a warrant for my husbands arrest can they do that

If they already have, then they can. Now, you need to hire a lawyer to try to unravel this mess. Contact with the investigator and the owner of the van is at the crux of the case, to determine what happened while you were out of state.
