Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Family Violence
My brother in law has a case against him in Rockwall County, they will not give him any police reports. He stayed in jail for a week..his job is on the line, they put a restraining order against him from his children and have not even questioned his wife. He and his wife have the same story..well until her mother came into the picture. Can you please help me?

Your brother-in-law has tried to resolve this on his own, and has not been successful. It is time for him to hire a lawyer to find out what is going on, get him out of jail, and use the legal process to straighten out this situation.
