Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

my fance is partial autistic she can not make some decisons on her own.she disaperd a couple of days ago with some older man who has a big meth problem the police will not help me they said they can not do anything about this problem I am scard what he might do to her. her famly whant to help me . i have mental disabelete so i do not under stand the police I have alittile monye I get ssi for my mental illnes. i am at the public libaray.

Since you are on SSI, the attorneys at Legal Aid should be able to at least consult with you at no charge. There may be very little that can be done. Possibly, if her decisions are dangerous, the probate court would be willing to appoint a guardian for her. Their website is http://www.lanwt.org/
