Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
In a federal conspiracy to posses with intent to distribute case can they legally indict you with another name? My husband was arrested and told he used a name that is not him and he is still being held.

Yes. They can use any and all names the accused has every used or been known by. Oftentimes nicknames are used.
