Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Federal conspiracy to sell drugs
I was indicted on 4 counts of conspiracy. I have not had any communication with the other people on the indictment. I have heard thru the grapevine that a person on the indictment thinks I snitched on him because that is what the dea told him. Apparently they want to intice him to snitch on me. However I was arrested a day after him making it impossible to snitch when I wasnt even aware of the indictment. If the dea is telling lies of this nature wouldnt that somehow be tampering with a witness?

Re: Federal conspiracy to sell drugs
No it is not. It isn't fair, but the police (under some circumstances) are allowed to lie.
