Federal Drug conviction
My boyfriend is in the army and he was driving my car. when the military police stopped us, they found a gram of cocain on him, but they charged both of us with possession of a controled substance. what do i do? will i go to prision? or worse, a felony?

You need a lawyer immediately. You cannot do this on your own, as the potential consequences for you are severe. Generally, possession of cocaine is a felony.
Crack cocaine or powdered cocaine? If convicted, there are disparities in the sentencing.
An attorney can review the stop, and your proximity to the drug and advise you of your options regarding contesting the charge and negotiating a plea to the charge.
