Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
For federal law does the sentence start when the judge tells you to turn yourself in or when u get encarserated?

What? If you do not turn yourself in when you are told, you do not get credit for failing to appear (and you can have additional charges filed.) You can only earn credit IF you are in custody.
