Can one felon date another felon in the state of Texas?

As long as there is not a restriction on your (active) probation or parole to not associate with other probationer/felons, then there is no law against it.

If neither are on parole or probation, there is no law against it. If either are "on paper", their restrictions probably prohibit it.
