i was arrested with a firearm and i have a felony that is over 11 years old what do i do.?

Hello there,
You need to hire an attorney that is very good with search and seizure rights to evaluate wether or not the officer violated your 4th amendment rights.
An attorney could file a motion to suppress the evidence if the officer overstretched his boundaries and have the evidence thrown out.
