Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Feloney Transfer Interstate Compaq Commision
I'm looking to transfer my feloney probation from Austin TX to Louisville KY. The Interstate Compaq Commision has set a new criteria. That I had to have been a resident in the state prior. I meet all the other criteria just not this one. I know a judg can over rule this stipulation. However I need to know is will it take just a motion or a actual hearing to get this done?

Re: Feloney Transfer Interstate Compaq Commision
The answer to your question is, it depends on your Judge. If it is Juge Lynch or Wisser it will probably not be a problem, with the others it may need a hearing. To do a motion and run it thru I would charge 750 and if a hearing is needed I would charge another 200 to 400 (200 an hour). Please call me at 512 392 5010.
