Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have two felonies in two different counties, can they both be used against me at the same time?

If you mean can they both be used to enhance a third felony, the answer is "yes" if they are final convictions and the second was committed after the first became final.
If you have just been charged with two felonies and If they are not final, the DA may consider them in plea bargaining, but they cannot be used to enhance.
You need to explain your question better because there are some other interpretations, also. I hope this helps you.
