Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Felonies are forever?
With two counts, theft and forgery equaling 4 years probation, will I at any point be able to remove such charges from my record in such a way that I will not have to answer ''yes'' on applications asking if I have been convicted of a felony?

Re: Felonies are forever?
You may wish to explore deferred disposition and deferred adjudication. One or both may not be open options to you, depending upon the circumstances.
