Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Felony cases
My friend has two felony cases in US and a misdeaminor(all cases related to drugs). He failed to appear for her trials and fled the country. There is an outstanding warrant for her. She is also a canadian. Can she go back to Canada from where she is or will she be arrested upon arrival.

This is posted as a question for Texas lawyers, but the question really should be directed to Canadian lawyers. I do not know, but my best guess is that Canadian immigration will stop her at the border and hold her for Texas authorities.
