The punishment range varies depending on the facts.
The punishment range could be anywhere from a state jail felony on up to a second degree felony.
State Jail felonies are 180 days to 2 year and up to a $10,000 fine.
Third Degree felonies are 2-10 years and up to a $10,000 fine.
Second Degree felonies are 2-20 years and up to a $10,000 fine.
