Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
felony charge and sentence
Daughter was convicted of prescription fraud. Fined $10,000 and 10 years probation. How long does she have to pay the $10,000.?What can be expected of the judges part of the sentencing. Daughter is clearly and addict and perjured herself throught testimony.

The fine will be spread over the 10 years probation. The judge can add any reasonable conidtions to her probation that the judge wants.
