Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a felony conviction for delivery of a controled substance have been off parole since 2004 the only other thing I have been in trouble for is a first offence DWI in 2010 all in Texas can I apply for a pardon an what are my chances of getting one

You can apply but look at the governor's website and you will see that it is highly unlikely - especially because you got another offense.
