Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
felony debit card abuse
generally, what is necessary evidence needed for a conviction of debit card abuse?bank photos? witnesses? testimony from accuser? can the accused bring witnesses forward to testify in court in their behalf? this is in texas and an indictment has been handed down without formal process of arraignment yet before a district judge there will be a plea of not guilty given when arraigned.what if your picture is on an atm camera but not doing anything related to the crime? but it is on a day the abuse occured. is this just circumstancial evidence?
