I'm on felony deferred justification probation texas of arson can I get off of probation early I got 10 years going on my 3 rd year?

Legally you can but whether the judge would grant ET is the big question. You should consult with a local lawyer. It will depend on the underlying facts, your success on probation so far (can't have any violations), the State's position on it, etc.
