felony drug
will i get charged if it wasnt mine wasnt in my hands and the hotelroom wasnt in my name.

They normally charge everyone in the vicinity of the drugs. Possession is defined as the care, custody, control, or management of the drugs. They don't have to be in your hand to get charged with it. Sounds like you have a decent case though since you have a good argument that you were not in posession. Mere presence is not enough.
