How long do i have to wait to get a third degree felony expunged. I've tried to go to collage but i wasnt allowed to continue the class because it says there's a felony on my record. What can i do?

Were you acquitted of the charge? If so, then immediately. If you were convicted, you will not get the conviction and/or arrest expunged.
Five years after dismissal and discharge of SOME felonies, you can file a petition for non-disclosure, which will prevent certain public entities from having access to your records.
