Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can you get a Felony motion to adjudicate guilt sealed? I didn't complete probation and did jail time for a Forge check Felony in 1993. Please let me know what my best options are to get this sealed/pardoned/nondiscolsusred? thank you for any help you can offer.

Because the case was not dismissed and you were not found guilty, you cannot expunge your case. If you had completed the deferred adjudication probation without getting revoked, then you could have requested to seal the record 5 years after the probation was completed. If the deferred was indeed revoked (your guilt adjudicated), then there is nothing you can do to remove or seal your record.
