Felony plea hearing
I had a felony plea hearing that was offering me 10months state jail. I didnt show up for the hearing therefore my bondsman is going off my bond-willmy plea offer change or what am I probably facing?

That depends upon factors such as - how sympathetic your excuse is, is the ADA interested in going to trial instead, whether your lawyer can tap dance, and how long it has been since your FTA -- If the bondsman is going off the bond, then they may already be a new charge against you with a warrant. it is important to resolve the case before that happens. Ask your lawyer to take you in right away, so as to reinstate the plea.
