You are in Texas with another state's probation? What were the citations for? Traffic offenses? PI? Disorderly conduct? Theft? Drug paraphenalia?

Anyway, you did violate your probation by getting the citations because you broke the law. (I am assuming that they can prove that you broke the law.) The question is whether they will move to revoke your probation. The answer is - it depends on how you have otherwise been doing on your probation and what the citations were for.

Should you report them? Your probation probably requires that you report any arrests or perhaps even contacts with law enforcement. Will they find out if you don't? Probably not. The probation departments get notice of arrests for new violations but I do not think (that is "think" because I'm not 100% positive) that they do not get notice of citations.

Perhaps you have just had a wake up call and you need to cut out whatever it is you are doing that is bringing you to the attention of law enforcement - is it worth going to prison for?
