Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Felony probation revocation
My son had charges filed on him for stalking his wife. He was already on probation for retaliation. He has been arrested to revoke his probation now we need advice. He was given court appointed lawyer but we cant seem to find anything out from him. He has been in jail for almost 3 wks now and his attorney has been to see him 1 time the first week. Please give me advice as what to do.

Re: Felony probation revocation
You need to talk to the lawyer. He is the one that can advise you. No doubt he is working on the case. The fact that the attorney saw your son right away is a good sign.
