Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Felony theft
My probation has been revoked, i want to know if there is any way to get my sentence reduced from 2yrs to 1 yr? I have no prior record at all.

Your attorney may be able to negotiate a reduction in the sentence, and may even be able to get your probation reinstated. It all depends upon the circumstances of your case.
