Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If I have a felony warrant in california that is non extraditable in washington state, is it extraditable in texas?

The law that would apply is California's law. If Texas stopped you and found that you had a warrant, they would contact California to determine whether California wanted to pick you up or not. If so, they would hold you. If not, you would be released.
