My daughter pushed her, and this child pushed and hit my daughter with a closed fist. I want to file charges on this child and or parents. Do I have a case?

If you file criminal charges, you are at the mercy of the police. They can refuse to take the charges; take the charges, and fail to follow up; or file the charges, and then dismiss the case.
Sue these people for money damages in civil court.
