Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my fiance has been sitting in jail for about 84 days and they still haven't indicted him .

Hopefully your fiance has a lawyer who can pursue a person bond if your fiance is not timely indicted. He needs a lawyer for a felony charge anyway.
