Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
How can I fight a forgery case that has to do with truancy? I had a teacher sign papers for me when I was supposed to stay for tutorials but I didnt and the judge figured it out. Now he is bringing in the teacher to question him and I am either facing minor charges if the teacher owns up to it and the teacher will lose his job, or I'm facing forgery charges for signing the teachers name and handing in false documents. I know, I messed up really bad. I'm only 16 by the way
