What kind of claim? You have asked this under the criminal law section. If the company committed a criminal violation, it or the ones in charge of the company can still be prosecuted even if they are out of business.
If you have a civil law claim against the company, you may be able to pursue your claim against the owner or other individuals. Post this question again (with more information about what kind of claim) under the civil section.
