Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i filed charges and the wrong guy was sent to jail who do i speak to in order to get this corrected and make sure he doesnt get in trouble?

The district attorney. However, I would be careful if the wrong person was arrested because you file a false police report. That is a crime and you could be charged.
