someone filed a sexual probable cause on a family memeber of mine on my 7 yr daughter. no one will tell me who filed it, how do i fine out. i think i should know iam her mother. it was filed in montgomery county texas

The person who has been charged will learn who has reported the incident most likely because the child and outcry witness will be witnesses in any trial / prosecution against that person.
