How do you file a petition for non-disclosure on a deferred adjudication? Do you have to retain an attorney?

Re: filing a Petition for Non-Disclosure

You can get a form for petition for non-disclosure from the Harris County District Attorney's website. However, I would recommend you consult an attorney. They should be able to tell if you are eligible for an expunction or non-disclosure. They will also be able to explain the effects to you. However, you can represent yourself if you want.

Sincerely,
