What is a Final Revocation hearing? Can someone's parole be revoked for a warrant stemming from a speeding ticket?

Final hearing is where the decision will be made on whether the person will be revoked. (A preliminary hearing is usually waived.) Theoretically a person's parole could be revoked for a speeding offense conviction because they were violating the law, but they do not do that at least in Texas.
