Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my finance made some mistakes a few years ago, since then has been through the navy, become a pastor and a business owner...but along comes the trial for these things, and they slap him with a $10,000 fine, 10 years probation and a 3 month sentence in jail...now he has to explain all this to his church and friends, and it's been a nightmare...all i'm asking, is if there is ANY way to get him out of jail early, his grandfather and i are trying to run the business without him and it is beyond us both, he has bills that need paid and we dont know what else there is for us to do.
