how do i find an attorney for a time cut he was found guilty but with no evidence he recieved 35 years only done 5 so far,he needs help

Time cuts are almost impossible, and the only time I have seen them done (twice in my 25 years of practice) is because the individual was dying and it was costing the state too much to keep the person incarcerated. (One had military benefits.)

A time cut requires the agreement of two of the three officials: THE judge, THE DA, and / or THE sheriff of the county. In discussion, it is usually meant for those who cooperate on making cases inside the prison at their own peril.

You would be better off to consult with a parole lawyer about how to effectively pursue getting a first parole.

(There had to be evidence or he would not have received 35 years.....)
