Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Trying to find out if a Misdemeanour conviction for Marajuana Delivery(less than 1/4 oz.)can be "Sealed", (or something) ,for employment purposes. This happened in 01/2003 and is a barrier to my re-employment in the trucking industry.
Can ANYTHING be done to try and resolve this aside from a Governor's Pardon?

If you did regular probation or jail time, then it cannot be sealed. If you did a deferred adjudication probation and completed it successfully, then you may be eligible to seal it.
