Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
How do you find out if there is a warrant out for your arrest?
I have called my local and county police departments as well as local bail bonding companies(per the police instructions)... is there any other way to check for warrants?

Sounds like you have covered all the usual basis to find out if there is a warrant. Some times police get what is called a pocket warrant - they have a warrant issued but they do not file it publically - they want to arrest the person themselves so they keep the warrant "in their pocket".
