Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was fired from my job for theft/fraud i was never arrested is there anyway i can get this off my record?? because i am unable to get any job

What record? If you were never arrested or charged with a crime, what record is the theft/fraud appearing on? If it's showing up when people contact your past employer for a reference check, there's not a ton you can do about it.
