Forged Checks

I have an ex boyfriend who wrote checks to Exxon (I caught a few and cleared with my bank and his family wire transfered money to clear the ones that were caught and no legal action was taken against him since I revoed forgery charges however there was one that was not caught and a warrant was issued for my arrest on April 13th for a check that was written to Exxon on 12/6/2006 that he forged Exxon accepted the checks written by him and wrote down his drivers liscence information and date of birth he is not issued to write checks on my account his drivers liscence address does not match mine also on my checks my drivers liscence number was printed under my name on the checks. Is there any legal actions I can take against EXXON he wrote @ 10 checks to the same EXXON station in my town..

You need to gather up the documentation that his family paid for the former checks, and hire a lawyer to protect you from the charges, and force him to pay your expenses and the damage that he had caused.
