Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
forgery
The assistant manager at the job I was recently terminated from forged my signature to documents that were being presented to the Texas Department of Aging. The information was false. The owner is also aware that she forged my signature. Can I file legal charges against them?

Re: forgery
Hello there,
You can contact you local law enforcement agency or the agency that the document was forwarded to and inform them that your signature was forged.
This is a felony in Texas and is serious.
You would have to provide a sample of your handwriting if requested.
Sincerely,
