Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Forgery
Daughter was charged with forgery, the judge would not appoint her an attorney, because he saw her talking to one she knew. The lady was just asking why she was there, and at no time offered to do the case. She goes back to court on April 14, how do we get her an court appointed attorney?

Re: Forgery
In court, explain that she does not have an attorney and ask the court to appoint one for her.
